Welcome to RTO Cellular! We’re dedicated to providing you with a seamless and transparent rent-to-own experience. Below are the Terms and Conditions governing your participation in our program. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES:

We understand that life can sometimes get hectic, but timely payments are crucial to maintaining your agreement with us. Late payments will incur a fee of $100. If the payment is not received within 3 days from the due date, the device may be temporarily locked until the payment is made. To unlock the device, a manual payment with a representative will incur an additional charge of $10.

EARLY PAYOFF OPTION:

You have the flexibility to pay off the remaining balance and own the device outright at any time within the first 2 months or 3 months of the agreement. The early payoff amount will be calculated as plus applicable taxes.

LEGAL ACTIONS:

In the unfortunate event of non-payment, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions, which may include reporting the incident to the authorities and initiating debt collection proceedings.

DEVICE LOCK:

Failure to make payments on time may result in the device being temporarily locked until all outstanding payments, late fees, and charges are settled.

ANYTIME RETURN POLICY:

You have the option to return the device at any time, with no penalty or further obligation. However, please note that all payments made are non-refundable.

DEVICE RESTRICTIONS:

For security purposes, certain device functions may be restricted during the leasing period. These restrictions include the inability to factory reset the device and limitations on turning off WiFi and nearby transfer features to prevent fraud. Once the device is paid off in full, these features will become fully functional.

UPGRADE OPTION:

After 6 months of continuous payments, you have the opportunity to upgrade your phone without an initial payment. Simply return the current device, and we’ll provide you with a model of your choice. The payment plan for the upgraded model will restart for a new 12-month period.

ADD-ON OPTION:

After 4 months, you can enhance your experience by adding an Apple Watch to your contract. The payment for the Apple Watch will be seamlessly attached to your existing phone payments.

DEVICE SERVICE:

For your convenience, all return, replacement, and repair services will be facilitated through our company. In the event of an extensive repair, you agree to pay a $100 upfront fee.

COMPLIANCE:

By participating in our rent-to-own program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use and possession of the rented devices.
